Northern Ireland National Finals Competition

The Skillbuild Northern Ireland National Finals Competition is hosted annually each spring.  The competition involves thirteen crafts from across the construction industry.  It is the largest multi-trade competition in the country for young students and apprentices who are aged 21 and under on 1 January of the year of the competition. 

Sucessful apprentices from the College Inter Campus Competitions will be eligible to go forward to compete along with over one hundred other apprentices in this competition. From there, only the best will be selected to go forward to compete at National and WorldSkills level!

There is always quite a buzz at the NI National Finals competition, as apprentices battle it out, eager to succeed and secure their winning place. Here are photos of some of our winners from the 2011 competition pictured along with TV personality Tina Campbell!
