Plastering
 | To compete in Skillbuild the trainee Plasterer will be expected to straighten and finish both lightweight plasters (one & two coat) and sand/cement renders. Competitors will be required to accurately interpret a scaled drawing of the test piece. Decorative fibrous plaster mouldings are run on the bench and fixed to the wall to form a panel mould. The test piece is completed by fixing a plasterboard coving to the wall/ceiling angle. |
