Seven finalists battle for a place at WorldSkills London 2011!
Our 7 finalists who made it through to the UK Skills Training Squad last year are now in the run up to the final selection events to decide which apprentices will be selected in their chosen trades to become members of Squad UK to compete at the London WorldSkills this October!
Our 2 Refrigeration apprentices Stuart Millar & Bryan Craig will travel to Bradford College week commencing 6th June and the remaining 5 apprentices Philip Green - Bricklaying; Luke Hawthorne & Wayne Cully - Carpentry; Ian McMahon & Mark Woods - Wall & Floor Tiling will travel to Stephenson College, Coalville week commencing 13th June for their final selection event!
The heat is on as they compete for a place at WorldSkills London this October. We would like to wish the squad the best of luck as they embark on their final journey together!
